Delivery is free within Barcelona city (08001–08042). Elsewhere in Spain, our team must confirm delivery. For deliveries outside Barcelona, you arrange the return to our Barcelona shop. How much does piano delivery cost?
Delivery is free within Barcelona city (08001–08042). Elsewhere in Spain, including Madrid, our team confirms delivery and sends a quote within 24 hours. For deliveries outside Barcelona, you arrange the return to our Barcelona shop.
Is tuning included?
Yes, for acoustic pianos. For confirmed bookings, a professional technician tunes the piano after setup. Digital pianos never need tuning.
What happens if the piano gets damaged?
Our technician assesses how much the repair will cost, and that amount is deducted from your deposit.
Can I buy the piano later?
Yes. For the best deal, sign an Option-To-Buy contract at the start of the rental. If you did not, contact us to check whether the instrument is for sale.
What is the minimum rental period?
Short-term rentals start from one day. Long-term plans have a four-month minimum and are paid month by month; after that you can renew, swap instruments or buy the one you are renting.
