We have three locations in Gracia which you can find on our contact us page. We are open from 10am to 8pm Monday to Saturday. Each drop off and delivery will be coordinated 2 days prior – don’t worry we will contact you with all the instructions.

Rentals require a deposit in case of theft or damage. We aim to pay the deposit paid back within 7 days of the instrument being returned. If you are a event company partner or school you are not required to pay deposit.

Yes you can. For the best deal you should sign a Option-To-Buy contract from the start of the rental. However if you did not sign this contract and would still like to buy the instrument please contact us to see if the instrument is for sale.

Our technician will make an assessment of how much it will cost to fix the instrument. This will be deducted from your deposit.

If you think you will be late returning the instrument please contact us immediately to see if we can extend the rental period. If we cannot and you do not return it we will need to charge you a daily rate for that instrument. We truly endeavor to accommodate the extension of your rental.
