Instrument and sound-equipment rental across Spain
Shine Music Rental rents musical instruments, backline and PA equipment to individuals, students, schools, venues, event companies and wedding planners across Spain. We are based at Carrer de Pere Serafí 23 in Gràcia, Barcelona, and deliver and collect nationwide, with most of our work in Barcelona, Madrid, Valencia, Girona, Tarragona and Zaragoza.
Part of the Shine Music Collective
Shine Music Rental (also known as Shine Instrument Rental) is one of three companies in the Shine Music Collective. The other two are Shine School of Music, a private music school in Barcelona with more than 30 years of teaching behind it, and The Music Room, a music co-working space in Gràcia that is also our main rental location.
How we rent
- Short-term: by the day or week, for events, rehearsals, holidays and studio sessions.
- Long-term: monthly plans with a four-month minimum, paid monthly, for students, musicians and schools. Instruments can be swapped or bought at the end of the rental.
- Events and weddings: delivery, setup and collection at the venue, with a dedicated contact and support throughout the event.
- Schools: a flat monthly fee for a library of instruments, with swaps during the school year, delivery, maintenance and insurance included.
Who we work with
International schools across Spain, event and production companies, wedding planners, venues, and individual musicians and families. Our team has equipped an ELLE Magazine shoot with Paris Jackson, Grease at Teatre Tívoli, corporate events at Châteauform’ Campus La Mola, and weddings at venues such as Bell Recó and La Baronia.
