Support weddings, corporate events and private parties. Set up and operate PA systems, manage live sound and make sure every event sounds perfect.
Responsibilities
- Set up, configure and strike PA equipment at venues
- Operate the mixing desk throughout the event
- Coordinate with clients on technical requirements
- Ensure all equipment is returned in perfect condition
Requirements
- Experience in live sound or audio engineering
- Knowledge of PA systems, mixing consoles and mics
- Available evenings and weekends
- Driver's licence (preferred)

Schools Program Manager
Manage relationships with music schools across Spain, coordinate bulk instrument deliveries and make sure every school has what it needs for its program.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and grow the portfolio of partner schools
- Coordinate large-scale instrument deliveries and collections
- Manage rental agreements and renewals
- Be the main point of contact for school directors and teachers
Requirements
- Experience in account management or business development
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Knowledge of the music education sector (a plus)
- Fluent Spanish; English a plus
Instrument Repair & Maintenance Technician
Keep our instrument fleet in top condition. From restringing guitars and replacing drum heads to more complex repairs, you'll make sure every instrument that goes out is gig-ready.
Responsibilities
- Inspect instruments before and after each rental
- Perform routine maintenance (strings, tuning, cleaning, setups)
- Diagnose and repair damage
- Maintain a log of each instrument’s condition
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with musical instruments
- Knowledge of guitar, bass, drums and/or keyboards
- Meticulous and detail-oriented
- Luthier or workshop experience (a plus)
Piano Tuner
We're looking for a professional piano tuner to tune and prep acoustic pianos before deliveries and events. On-call work with a regular volume.

- Perform minor action and pedal adjustments
- Assess overall piano condition and flag issues
