Description
The Midas DL32 Digital Stage Box is a 3U rackmount unit designed for live audio distribution over AES50 networks. It provides 32 Midas-designed microphone preamps and 16 balanced XLR outputs. 24-bit signal conversion operating at 44.1 or 48 kHz sample rates. Dual AES50 ports support daisy-chain or redundant configurations with compatible digital mixing consoles. Front-panel status LEDs display synchronization, network activity, and power conditions for system monitoring during setup and operation. The chassis uses steel construction with integrated rack ears suited to touring environments and fixed installations. Equipment Rental providers frequently deploy the DL32 for multi-channel stage input management in concert halls, broadcast workflows, and corporate AV systems. Phantom power is individually switchable across all microphone channels.
